Hi! I'm Chef Karen, MS, RDN, LD, located in Cleveland, Ohio. I am a Registered Dietitian and I earned my BS in Applied Nutrition from Penn State University, then earned my MS in Nutrition from CASE Western Reserve University. I'm a mother of 3, vegetarian, and marathon runner.
Clean food has always been my passion and since my first client in 2007, I have been determined to cook delicious, unprocessed food for others. With almost 20 years of experience as a chef and nutrition expert, I am determined to spread a healthier, more balanced way of life through food.
I've had clients tell me that they've never felt better than eating my food, which gives me a great sense of accomplishment and pride. I want to share my skills with everyone so that we can collectively and consciously choose a healthier way of eating and living.
Most of my meals are non-dairy and plant-based, though I do cook with lean proteins. Some of the diets and medical conditions I am familiar cooking for include:

Hello, my name is Alison Sikorovsky, MS, RDN. I earned both my BS and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University in Missouri, where my curriculum was a combination of nutritional sciences and culinary skills. I was even lucky enough to study abroad in Italy in 2020 which opened my eyes to Mediterranean lifestyles and diets.
My journey in the kitchen started at a young age, around 5 or 6, where I was mostly self-taught until high school. I attended various culinary camps and absolutely fell in love with cooking. More recently, I have worked as a cafe manager and private chef with experience in pastries and cooking for people with special diets.
In my free time I enjoy trying out new restaurants, exercising and playing softball, and spending time with with my dog. I am thrilled to be a part of Chef Karen's team and to empower you to live a healthy, wholesome lifestyle based around fresh, unprocessed foods.

Elena Chiviles
Hello! My name is Chef Elena. I have over 10 years of restaurant experience and a passion for creating healthy, delicious food. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping people enjoy nutritious meals without sacrificing flavor, showing that healthy eating can be both satisfying and exciting.
My love for cooking and exploring different cultures began through travel. I have traveled throughout Southeast Asia, Central America, Europe, and the Western United States, and spent time teaching English in Thailand. Along the way, I immersed myself in local food traditions and took cooking classes that continue to inspire my approach to cooking and appreciation for global flavors.
In addition to working in restaurants, I have taught cooking classes, helping others build confidence and creativity in the kitchen.
Outside of cooking, I practice Ashtanga yoga and enjoy hiking, skiing, backpacking, and camping. I find inspiration in nature, travel, and adventure.
I am excited to share my love of cooking, nutrition, and global flavors while creating meals that are both nourishing and memorable.
